The Shifting Lottery is back again this year *bling bling*
You will find all the instructions on the ticket itself (time and place of the draw and rules)
For this lottery we will ONLY have digital products up for grabs, due to the courier traffic that will be there at Christmas, but every ticket that doesn't win will still be entitled to a consolation prize <3
Additionally, this year each ticket will be accompanied by a redemption card that will entitle you to replace your prize with one of equal value (valid for a single replacement)

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
