The chat, which will be held on Google Meet, is not different from the method I use to transcribe your letters from your loved ones: with this meeting you will be directly interacting with them through me, I will be a bit like your phone!
You'll have 45 minutes to talk with your clients and ask them any questions you may have. Booking guarantees that I'll contact them first and let them know about the conversation, so everyone feels comfortable. If they really don't want to talk, you'll be refunded or sent a product equivalent to the price of the session.
You will be sent a receipt by email with an appointment reminder and five minutes before you will be invited to Google Meet, via the email you provide in the description (the email is mandatory, like all the other elements requested in the customization box, to participate and no other platforms are foreseen)

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
