This survey allows you to have a clear picture of your relationships and to communicate with your people. When possible you will have information on where your people are aware.
Not all people are aware in the same reality, for this it depends on the path of each one, including the s/o.
With this survey it will be possible to understand in the clearest way possible how you have moved through the realities and how your path has unfolded up to this moment, telling you who accompanied you and in which reality.
How to fill out the customization. Write:

Your drs and your names
the names of your people (s/o and family)
also attach your path from the OR if we have already explored it
